Litohost 2016

I can't imagine autumn without one of our favourite shows, the so called "Leonberger Celebration", organized by the Czech Leonberger Club. This year we travelled with two dogs to Litohost: it was Calliope's first show (at the age of 3 months and 5 days old in baby class), and Aslan also representated our kennel in open class. This year Bauwens Bart (From Yellow's Garden kennel) were judging from Belgium.

We are very proud of both our dogs! Calliope was working confident and happily in the ring, and she got a big applause from the viewers. She enjoyed her popularity very much, and she also enjoyed the company of many leonbergers. :) She won first place, and she also got Best Baby Litohost 2016 title. :)

Calliope's report: "nice head with dark mask, middle brown eyes, strong bone, very good width and and dept chest, very good forechest, very good angulations in front and rear, excellent tale length, on her age her movement is very good and proud, good presentation".

Aslan repeated his last year's result and won 4th place in one of the biggest classes. It's always a pleasure to present Aslan, he behaves perfectly in the ring, and he did the same this time too. :)

Aslan's report: "typical leonberger male, good mask, middle brown eyes, good pigmentation, closed lips, little bit low set ears, excellent forechest, good bones, parallel front and rear legs, good angulations of front and rear legs, top line could be better, underline is OK, good length of tail, good movement with high carriage of tail, friendly dog, nice presentation".
